I got my FitBit Versa in July. It tracked my sleep wonderfully. About a month ago it stopped tracking it. I tried a few things, checked the bluetooth, checked the sync, restarted, then I gave up. My band broke and it took about a week to get a new one. Now I have it back on and the sleep tile has completely disappeared. I can't find an option to start tracking it again. It's on the app on my phone, still not tracking though but nothing on my FitBit. Any ideas how to fix this?
thanks

@BBtuna welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the sleep tracking issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing.
I appreciate the time spent trying the workarounds you mentioned above.
I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.
After this, check out this help article which explains how sleep is tracked on your Fitbit device.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀
