I have had my watch for a little over a month, and at first it was working great and would track my sleep whenever I happened to pass out. But probably a week and a half ago I got 15 hours and 15 minutes of sleep and ever since it has been on that on the watch, but when I go to my app it shows the correct time. I’ve tried resetting it and it didn’t work. What can I do now?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would like to thank you for letting us know you've already tried to troubleshoot this situation with us. At this moment, in case you haven't done it yet, please go to your phone and open the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Versa > Apps and update the Today app. If this app has not yet updated, it might not show the correct information in your watch.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
