My versa has not been tracking my sleep or steps taken per hour for over two weeks. I have restarted the watch. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Had the watch for less than a year.

@Brjh Regarding your HR, please go to Settings app on your Versa (swiping left), tap it and scroll down to heart rate. Please toggle it ON and OFF with a reboot of versa in between. You can reboot your tracker by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. Also, make sure the sensor lights are flashing, you're wearing Versa's band tight enough, and that Versa's battery is not critically low (anything between below 10-15) as the sensor may turn off automatically. Try also rebooting your phone and syncing the tracker again. Hopefully your step hours (250 steps) will get synced.

@Brjh Welcome to the forum. Is Versa not tracking or not syncing? If you swipe up on the main screen of your Versa (to open Today app), can you see the stats there? Can you your steps? Can you see the heart rate or do you see "--"? When you open Fitbit mobile app, tap on the Versa icon and scroll down to the sync section, what's the time stamp there?

My total steps are being counted and tracked. On my watch and on my app. What's not showing on the app when I sync is the hours which you walk over 250 steps. The watch shows this, but not the app. I just realized that the HR is not showing at all. Nor has my sleep been tracked.
