Sleep tracker is not updating in dashboard

Sleep log is getting updated in phone but not in Fitbit dashboard. It's showing 0 hours of sleep. I tried to manually update 1 minute and tried syncing as well but no luck.

 

Please help with it.

@Ruchi05 Is this a recent development? Fitbit has been having some issues with temporary data loss and syncing, so this is probably affecting you. They have almost ironed out all kinks, so stay put. I'm sure it will get resolved soon.

Is this still happening? 

 

I updated my versa this morning and my sleep from last night isn't showing nor are my old sleeps showing on my dashboard. The data is still there on my phone once I click onto the sleep section.

@Abbiebebe So the data is on your phone and Versa, but not on the Dashboard on Fitbit.com? I noticed that sometimes there a delays in sync to dashboard. Keep an eye on it, and let us know if the data doesn't make it to Dashboard.
