Sleep tracking a few hours late

Hi, I haven’t been on in a while. My Fitbit has consistently tracked my sleep wrong for a bit and I’m wondering why. I go to bed at about 1 am and the Fitbit will say that I went to bed at 3, for instance. I’m not a restful sleeper, so that could be why, but I don’t think it is tracking correctly. Please help!
