Since Dec. 3rd...once again...my fitbit no longer tracks sleep or heart rate. The last time this happened, eventually it stopped tracking ANYTHING and would not even charge or come on or anything. This is my 3rd fitbit and I'm getting soooo disappointed. I go through all the check lists and help sessions, I log out, I turn fitbit on  and off...then I start all over again. PLEASE...WHY WON'T IT KEEP WORKING???? ITS LIKE EVERY MONTH THERE'S ANOTHER ISSUE!!!!!

Hi @Sandygreen , although I'm a huge fan of Fitbit, it's my solid opinion that Fitbit never should have released/created the Fitbit Lite. There are only problems with it and no solutions untill yet. Regards kuzibri
