I just got a versa lite yesterday and wanted to see how I slept last night. When I woke up, I saw how many hours, but nothing else (no sleep pattern). I know it could be that it could have been too loose. Also, I read where people who've had this issue were told to restart it. After restart, I no longer have the sleep icon! Is this because I haven't slept another night, or what do I have to do to get it back? In the app on my phone, it still shows the sleep part, but not on the versa lite.
My daughter thinks the versa lite is waterproof, but nowhere have I seen where it is. So, is the versa lite waterproof, and if so, can you explain what type of water it is designed to withstand? Sample things I'm looking for are things like
- Can you leave it on in rain?
- Can you leave it on in the shower?
- Can you leave it on while swimming?
- If you can leave it on while swimming, how long can it be held under water?
Thanks, in advance, for any help!

Hello @dsimpg1, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board!
Congratulations on your new Fitbit Versa Lite! I am glad to assist you with your question about tracking sleep. I understand that you didn't receive the sleep stages and no longer see the sleep tile on your watch. I appreciate your efforts to resolve this. Swipe up from the clock face on your watch to access Fitbit Today, which shows up your stats. If you don't see the Sleep tile, tap Settings at the bottom of the screen to choose which stats are shown.
There are several factors that can affect the sleep tracking. I recommend checking this article with helpful information about tracking sleep: What should I know about sleep stages?
Regarding your daughter's concern, all Fitbit trackers and watches are water-resistant, which means they're rain-proof and splash-proof and can stand up to even the sweatiest workout. Versa Lite is swim-proof in a lake, pool, or ocean (up to 50 meters). For more information about wearing your Fitbit device, see our Wear and Care page.
You can also find more information about your watch in this manual.
I'll be around if you need further help!

Hi @dsimpg1 , thank you for your reply. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your time and efforts and would like to confirm what stats do you see when you swipe up from the clock screen? What options do you see if you tap "Settings" at the bottom of the screen?
You can find more information about your device's screen in this help article: How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen?
Looking forward to your response!

Unfortunately, all I listed is all I see. My daughter's Versa Lite is exactly the same. 😞

Like dsimpg1, sleep is no longer in my list of available stats. I have core stats, hourly steps, heart rate, exercise, cycle track, water, food, weight and badges. The last time it tracked my sleep was June 1st. June 2nd shows total time and straight line all the way across instead of showing the breakdown of stages. About the same amount of time I haven't gotten move reminders either. It didn't even show it in stats either. I reset the Fitbit today and seemed to have gotten that back now, but still no sleep option.

Hi @dsimpg1, thank you for the update.
I am sorry to hear the issue persists. I'd like you to try a factory reset in this case. Please note only that after doing a factory reset, all apps installed and the data that has not been synced yet to Fitbit account will be deleted. To factory reset your device:
On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
You can set up the watch back to the Fitbit account by following the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes.
