Sleep tracking information on my Versa 2 disappeared

I have lost my sleep information on my dashboard since April 15, 2020.

Hi @sabet, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since your sleep information disappeared since April 15th. I would like to know if the issue happened on your Fitbit Dashboard, the Fitbit app or your Versa device itself.

 

In the meantime, restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, sync your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

I am sorry for the late reply; I just now noticed this email. I am happy to
report that my sleep tracking information resurfaced after syncing my Versa
2. Thank you so much for following up.
