My Fitbit Versa lite is not tracking my sleep properly. Sometimes it records no sleep records and other times it is recording sleep when I am awake. The main function of what I wanted this device for is the sleep tracking. I'm about ready to return this device.

Regarding the sleep tracking issue that your Versa is experiencing, I totally understand how you feel about this.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit soon.
