My time asleep is still messed up....I went to sleep around 1030, took me a little while to get to sleep but fitbit said I fell asleep around 12am. Which is not accurate.

@Conorw - if it's not working properly first step would be a Shutdown from the Settings, wait 20 seconds and place on the charger to restart it and charge it.
In your web based Fitbit account profile try with sleep set to sensitive and also in the watch Settings add a sleep schedule, although it shouldn't make that much difference to sleep detection, your watch will be less active, so may detect sleep sooner.

Do u mean set a sleep schedule using the sleep settings on the fitbit app on your phone? Do u shutdown the device by pressing and holding the button on left side of fitbit? Very confused.

@Conorw - to Shutdown, on watch Settings, About at the bottom, Shutdown at the bottom.
Wait 10 seconds then place on charger to start
Also in watch Settings, Sleep mode, Schedule, and customise.
In web profile, set sleep sensitivity,
Hope that's clear and it helps.
