Sleeptracker shows the wrong chart, HELP!

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I go to sleep and start to record and track my sleep, it somehow shows the bar graph.

But when I don't press start, and just go to sleep, my fitbit versa automatically tracks my sleep, but it shows the line graph. If I change the sleep sensitivity (normal or sensitive) this doesn't change.

How do I make sure that when I track my sleep on purpose it also shows the bar graph? I tried changing the sensitivity but it did not change.

There is no reason to use the "Begin Sleep" button.  That is just for older models.  Just let it figure out your sleep by itself.  And sensitivity has no effect on trackers that measure heart rate.

See Why don't I see sleep stages today?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
