Hi Fitbit,
My Fitbit Versa doesn’t count my hart beat and tracking my sleep anymore.
i try to fix it with a reset but after 1 hour it’s stopped again.
This problem is for 3 days now.
please can you help me !

Try several restarts, one after the other. If that doesnt fix it, do a factory reset (go to the settings app on your Versa and scroll down to About). If that doesnt resolve it you will need to contact Support (link in my signature )
