My versa needs a factory reset once a month because it is constantly freezing and won't connect with my phone. It takes at least 30 mins to download the initial update every time. Why is it so slow and how can I make it faster?

 

It is annoying enough that the device is so poorly made that I need to reset it so frequently. I can't understand why I can download a 20gb game in 10/15 minutes but a small update for the versa takes twice as long.

Have you tried restarting rather than doing a factory reset? This can often sort out connection issues and only takes a few seconds. I've yet to have the need to factory reset my versa.

Yea i have tried restarting it too. A restart never works either. The wrist flick stops working, it freezes after a workout is ended and has trouble syncing. Restarting doesnt work, letting the battery completely die doesnt work. Only thing that works is resetting the watch. It's not the end of the world, it is just annoying that it takes so incredibly long to download an update that i would imagine is only a few hundred MB or at absolute max 1gb
