Did the firmware update 32.70.7.14 for android on Wednesday 2/19/20. Watch was ok but battery drained fast on Thursday. Randomly watch would vibrate though not turn on or have notifications. Friday got stuck in exercise mode and had to reset to get it out. Full charge Friday afternoon and battery down to 15% this morning. Tried resetting, changing clock faces, and full resets and watch went from very dim but functional, to showing nothing except thin bluish white lines on both vertical sides of the watch face. Now resets do not even show the fitbit logo, but a slightly brighter version of the screen. This is a versa 2 that was sent to me last August after my first Versa 2 died after just 8 months last year. Want to do a factory reset but cant even see anything on watch to initiate the menu or setting screen. Have been with fitbit for 3 years as a family but this is really frustrating especially when it comes from an update that logically should help my device not slowly kill it.
