I received my fitbit for christmas just over a week ago. I noticed a very small scratch across the middle with a teeny tiny nick at the beginning. I can't even attach a photo because it is so hard to see. I am not sure if the nick goes all the way through the glass, as I am not sure how thick the glass is. When I run my finger over it I do feel a slight denting taking place. I am worried that this small nick/dent is going to affect the water resistance of my fitbit. Has anyone dealt with the same thing and have any info?
Thanks,
Mack

Hi @Mackgood , when the rest of your Versa 2 is functioning normally. I would not take the risk of bringing your Versa 2 in contact with water (showering - swimming), it might ruin it. Regards kuzibri

Such a bummer. I got it so I could use it in the water (for the swimming function). Sucks that one little scratch could ruin it like that.

Hi @Mackgood , did the scratch originate spontaneously or as a result of an accident, bump etc? In the first case, I would contact Customer Support. Regards kuzibri
