When I use to go running a prompt would flash up on my Fitbit to recognise the run and track using gps so that a map would pop up in the exercise section of the app. Now that doesn’t seem to be happening. What’s changed?

Thanks for the information provided.

 

On your Fitbit Versa 2, the Exercise app should still open automatically after a few minutes of running to track your activity with GPS. If this is not your case, please restart you watch by following these instructions.

 

In addition, you can set up your Watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_1-1626823491612.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
