SmartTrack is not recognizing my activities on my Versa 3

I had my Versa 3 for two weeks, both weeks the app has only logged exercise on Monday and Tuesday.

although zone mins etc are logged.

Hi there, @PortNik. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with SmartTrack. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 3. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Please know that most Fitbit devices automatically recognize and record high-movement activities through the SmartTrack feature. To start, the default duration settings of your Versa 3 is 15 minutes long. However, you can also choose which activities your device tracks automatically, or change the amount of time needed to record the activity. To do so, please follow the next steps:

  1. Tap the Today tab, then tap the Exercise tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right.
  3. Tap an exercise, and adjust the duration or turn off Auto-recognize.

Keep in mind that you can also use the Exercise app to start and stop a workout. For more information, see How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?

I've restarted it and will wait to see if that works.

 

It just seems odd that only Monday and Tuesday were recorded, especially as Wednesday is my most active day. So I wouldn't think its a duration issue.

@PortNik Thanks for restarting your Versa 3 as suggested. 

It might have to do with the duration as well, so I would recommend taking into consideration the information that I've provided above in regards to how SmartTrack works.
