SmartTrack is not recognizing my activities on my Versa

It uses to automatically track elliptical. Some season it will not do it on its own. It does work manually but I would like it to track automatically

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
