SmartTrack not working

 Hello, I just upgraded my Fitbit to the Versa last night specifically for the SmartTrack feature, but unfortunately it seems to be defective. 

 

I have taken three walks today, all at a minimum of 15 minutes, and not on a treadmill, and none of them have been recognized by SmartTrack.

 

Things I have already tried:

-readjusting the device on my wrist

-restarting the device

-ensuring the auto detect time is reduced to the minimum of 10 minutes.

 

Any other ideas before I return the tracker as defective? Thanks!

Nothing I can think of. Id take it back and swap it.
