Snake game frozen

I have a Versa 2 and an iPhone XR. The snake game is just frozen, and has been from the start. Swiping wont do anything. I re downloaded it too, but no fix.

1. Verify that your Fitbit app and Fitbit device are up to date. For instructions on how to update the app and Fitbit device, see About the Fitbit app and How do I update my Fitbit device?
2. Restart the device you're using to sync your device and your Fitbit device. For instructions on how to restart a Fitbit device, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?. 
3. Sync the device.
4. Make sure all the appropriate app permissions are "On" (In the app tap your profile picture > your device image> Tap Apps or Clock Faces> tap the installed app > See all details > Permissions). 
5. If internet data is needed, make sure your phone is nearby with the Fitbit app running in the background for the app to access this. 
6. If location data is needed, enable location services for the Fitbit mobile app so that the app can access this.

I’ve tried all of this and it is still frozen

I did all of those things too and the app is still frozen - what a disappointment

I have tried all of this - what now? it still is frozen and my 2048 game is too. What a shame.

I don’t want to make anyone nervous with necroposting, but now old games do not run on new phones. It is best to install new patches through the engine, for example, I try to buy rocket league items before the start of the game, so that it can be seen that I have not just come to play, but I am ready to donate. The same with the snake - it is better to install applications with additional purchase functions on iPhones. There are other reptiles in the game who want one thing - to grow. Growth is almost unlimited, but collisions with other snakes must be avoided. If they bump into you, everything is fine, the enemy disappears, and “food” remains in his place. If you bump into someone, then your mortal remains are picked up by some other, more successful player. Therefore, all of them must be activated and that's it.
