Hi, I am having trouble I can not receive or set up notifications on my Fitbit Versa from my IPhone.

@Biddymason, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not receiving notifications from your iPhone.

 

Please make sure that you are following the steps as described in this help article when trying the set up the notifications feature on your Versa.

snap notifications are busted, fact.  on versa and versa 2, fact.  please fix this issue.
