Snapchat notifications are not showing up on my Versa 3

All of my notifications are coming through in my verse 3, the only notifications that aren’t coming through are Snapchat notifications. How do I fix this?

Hi there, @maddie_sutho. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is not receiving Snapchat notifications. I will do my best to help you with this! 

As a first approach, may I know if Snapchat is already selected within the list of notifications you want to receive? To do so, please follow the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon > your device.
  2. Tap Notifications. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your Fitbit device to your phone.
  3. Choose the types of notifications you want to receive. Tap App Notifications and choose the apps you want notifications from.
  4. Sync your device.
