I just got a new versa 2 set up. My previous fitbit was a charge 2 and it was synced with my ipad. I am not getting any data on my ipad about my new versa 2. How do I correct this?

Hi @beanburl , did you have your Versa 2 in the charger and connected to you PC? If not, do so and go to the Fitbit app on you iPad , press the account icon on top of the dashboard screen on the left and choose "add new device", choose Versa 2 en setup will start. It will ask you to replace the charge 2 and press yes and follow the steps. Before starting this procedure, sync you charge 2 with you iPad so you will not loose any data. All data are kept on Fitbit's servers and stay available for you on your new Versa 2. Erik
