I am SOOOO UPSET!! My Fitbit versa that I have for a little over a year and half is broken!! I loved it!! Treated it like gold, always took it off in the water ( even though it supposed to be waterproof). This weekend I went in the water with it for the very first time. And I was sitting on a step in my pool, so it barely went in deep. I come out and it’s flashing red and died within an hour! I try charging it and nothing happens. So today I call costumer support and they take me through all the steps and basically say there nothing they can do but will give me a % off my next one. Are you f&@$ing kidding me!!!! This is your product?? This is crap!! They lost a costumer today. I’m so sad and disappointed. My watch doesn’t even have a scratch on it, and now that I went online I see a bunch of people with the sale problem... all when they wore it in water. If it’s not water proof then f:&$ing say that. Fitbit your your Customer service is so disappointing. You should stand by your product, and you should be honest with your product!! And since it’s not waterproof like you say it is you should be replacing

Completely agree. Exact same - wore it in the water and it completely died. It isn't waterproof! There are so many people with this issue... why say it's waterproof when it clearly isn't... what a waste of money!
