I purchased 3 Versa 2s for my teen, husband, and myself. None of them stay connected more than an hour or two. They don't stay connected to our iPhones or wifi. Usually my phone is nearby but I thought my Versa 2 would be quicker and easier to check the weather, track steps, and monitor the categories I want to track. I am constantly having to sync it on my phone. It is super annoying. What good is it if you can't access the Fitbit? My messages come in late -- days later. I still cannot get it to connect to and copy calendar events. I feel like I just totally wasted $600 when my family just wanted to track workouts, sleep, weather, etc and we are constantly having to go to our phones to sync them. I feel duped.

Hi @DataMgr - it shouldn't work the way you are experiencing.
It would seem there is a phone setting issue, which may be specific to iPhone.
Check your battery saving optimization to make sure that Bluetooth and the Fitbit App can always run in background.
You can use the SimpleCheckUp app to check anytime if your watch can reach the phone or when it last synced, this may help you see what the problem is.
And you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer for more help to resolve the issue.
No watches stay connected to WiFi in normal use, as it would use too much battery. WiFi is used only for special cases.
