This is not Fitbit's fault. This is a 3rd party app. Contact its developer (United) using the link provided on the app page in the Fitbit mobile app. But, before you do so, check if the app has an update available in the Fitbit mobile app.

Mine is working just fine. Perhaps do what the error message asks you to do? Open Fitbit mobile app, tap on Versa icon, go to Apps, tap on Nest app, open Permissions and make sure Internet access is enabled.

I sync regularly.
When was the last successful sync (open Fitbit mobile app, tap on Versa icon, scroll down to sync section)? Are there any updates to Weather app available? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit mobile app and syncing your Versa afterwards?
