I got a Fitbit versa 2 SE last week and activated it. I signed up for the 1 week free trial, since it seemed to be the only way to activate premium. I was under the impression (from reading other forum entries) that my free 3 month trial that comes with the versa 2 SE would kick in after the 7 day trial was up. Well I just got a notice from Google that I was charged for premium today since the 7 day period ended. What's up Fitbit? Where's my free premium? Feeling kind of scammed

I already did. They said they're "sending it up to a higher level”... They also said as soon as we got off the phone they would email me a confirmation number. That was 2 hours ago and I haven't received it (I checked my spam folder as well, just in case). My doubts with Fitbit are running high. This is a very bad first impression.

I think part of the issue is that you should not have had to sign up. If premium comes with a free 3 month trial. Premium should have been added without having to sign up.
Signing up for a week trial over-rulled the free 3 month gift.
