Repeat efforts , with and without blue tooth, starts down load after hours stops, tried uninstall reinstall of app. Email Customerbsupport they said use a different device (?) .

@2019versa I would try biting it from the other end... Have you tried using different wifi network? Perhaps at your friend's place or work? Make sure your Versa is in the charging dock and close to the router. By close I mean nearly on top...

All has been on the chargers but around 8ft away . I moved them beside the router. Trying it now. I am ready to return this watch . To bad because i have a charger Ii and love it, went for the versa because its water resistant/Proof.

I have the same problems.. if i was trying to install thru my router.. it was just not working..
I turned on the hotspot on my phone Galaxy S8 and connected the watch thru the wifi of the phone
took an hour and it was all done..
that was the same problem when i got my first watch which i returned after 24 hours for other things and the one i replaced the originial with..
so i would really try to go thru your phone for everything.
Leave bluetooth on.. and connect to the phone hotspot

Tried 2 more times. Beside the router was very quick but both times failed. Pop up. NOT WORKING..keep versa nearby ___which it is. Enable Bluetooth __which it is , make sue active internet connection ___ which we have, and Make sure battery is charged , and on charger fully charged
Any ideas next .thank you

@2019versa I am assuming your home network is not 5GHz because Versa will work only on 2.4. Have you tried using a different wifi network like I suggested? It also can be your phone hotspot as @SunsetRunner has suggested. Other option to try is attempt the procedure via Bluetooth only (without connecting Versa to your wifi network).
