Data not cleared sync and try again.

Message shown on versa with red circle and cross.

Problem solved. Disconnect versa from bluetooth on your phone and remove versa from bluetooth list. Then remove fitbit app from phone.  Then search with phone bluetooth for versa and connect, and re enstall fitbit app on phone. Sign into fitbit account on phone and phone will send code to versa.

This did not work for me. I have had the versa lite for 5 days. It worked properly for almost 3 days. On the evening of day 2 it start out not reading swipes so I couldn't access the apps but I was still being notified of emails and things. I chatted with support and they had me restart, change the clock face (which was still operatiinal at this time) etc.. the problem couldn't be resolved so they escalated and told me to watch for an email Went bed and it notified me of all my emails from about midnight on. The was frustrating to say the least, specially when I use Fitbit to help maintain good sleep habits. I received an email that walked me through another reset and it stopped synching to my phone, it's now just black and when you hit the button the data not cleared error comes up. Support keeps trying to close my case as resolved. It's not resolved it's worse.

I am very disappointed. I have been a long time fit bit user and I am hoping that this gets resolved or I will shop elsewhere for my next device.
