Hi, I have just bought my Versa today. Most of the apps which i want on my phone are not working...Starbucks, Med ID, Fitbit Pay etc. basically all the useful apps outside of tracking your fitness.
I also cannot get the text replies to work.
I live in the UK and after reading several (a lot actually) of post i am lead to believe the main issue for this is that i don't happen to live the US, where everything works (apparently).
Are these apps going to be made available fully in the UK? From the ads i was led to believe that these would be available from the off, straight from purchase.
I hate to quote Jeremy Clarkson, but "How hard can it be?"!!

Did you go to app settings on the FitBit app? My replies on the FitBit Versa don't work either. Try going to app settings on the FitBit app.

Hiya,
Yep i have loaded the app onto the watch, gone into the My Apps on the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled and there is no option for me to even enter any info.

Try going to contact support. Try contacting the company maybe they could fix it.

Hiya,
I think it just takes a VERY long time to catch up to itself when first installed. My Starbucks app, and Med ID are now working - with my data/details placed in the notes.
I installed the apps about four hours ago, and i have only now just had the settings option appear on the My Apps section of the Fitbit App.
Still can't reply to text messages though, even with a pre-edited response.
Guess this may take even longer...

Great I am glad the apps are working! My replies on the Versa won't work too.

I guess it is going to be a "suck it and see" for when it does it start working properly...
(I think that's called optimism, lol)
