Some silent alarms in Versa don't go off

I love my Versa so far, but I set several silent alarms on the watch and only some go off. I tried deleting them and re-adding but the same two alarms never go off. The 5:40am M-F and 3:56pm M-F work but the 6:45am M-F and 7:23am M-F don't go off. Anyone have a similar experience or know of a fix?

Hey @laclaje, let me give you a warm welcome to the forums! Cat Happy Let me just confirm something with you, when you say that those 2 alarms that you mentioned don't go off, are you saying that they just don't stop vibrating or that you just can't remove them? In the meantime, let me suggest you something, try to edit those alarms, then try to remove them again and finally restart your Fitbit Versa by following the instructions in this article

Try that out and let me know how it goes!

I figured out what the problem was, the watch was suppressing alarms because I put it on in the morning after showering and I did not unlock it until after the alarm was supposed to go off. Apparently the alarms won't go off if the watch has not been unlocked.

Interesting. I also have an alarm for 5:40 am, mine is M-Thursday. Last week it worked perfectly. This week it is going off at 5:50! Very frustrating.

What do you mean by unlocked? Do you have the SE? I have the regular and there is no lock or unlock version. It does not make much sense to have an alarm to wake you from sleep if the device has to be unlocked first!
