On Saturday I did 110,000 steps . So that was quite a big deal. I got the Fitbit email giving me the Olympian Sandal badge for 100,000 steps. And I have a screenshot of the 110,000. But then when I went to bed it steps had fallen to 97,000. 

 

There is a similar thread already with many people reporting this issue. But I couldn't see any resolution.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which phone are you using with your Versa 2? Did you experience this situation in the past or is it the first time? Even though some steps were deleted, do you still have the badge in your account? To better assist you with this and further investigate, please share with me the screenshot of the 110k steps and after your reply we will be able to move forward.

I have an iPhone X

Yes I have the Olympian Sandal badge (when I last wrote it was there but faded, but now it is there for real and gives date of Dec 5)
