Something Bricked my watch on saturday

My watch was working fine until around Saturday afternoon. I noticed that I couldn't swipe up on on the watch, which was very odd and has never happened. I saw in the forums to reset it (hold the back and bottom button until the logo appears). I also saw to do it 5-6 times and it should resolve. It did not resolve, so then I saw that if that doesn't work to do a factory reset which I have never had to do. I did a factory reset and it still didn't work, so I just left it because it was late on Saturday night. Yesterday (Sunday) it started working, but only showed 3 of the 6 tiles that I had set up and would not work, so I just left it. Last night my watch was 17 minutes behind, so I reset it AGAIN and it synced and then I went to bed, when I woke up in the middle of the night and I checked the time, my backscreen lit up but that's it. It's just a black lit up screen. This morning I have tried reseting, factory reset and nothing is working. I can hear my watch vibrating and the screen lights up and is black but nothing is showing. What in the heck happened on Saturday!?!?

You about to feel how much Fitbit stands behind their products... enough to offer you the chance to purchase a new one for 25% off! You just need to figure out how much time you want to spend with their "support" to get a coupon for a product you probably don't want to spend more money.

yea did that already and I asked "well my watch was fine until this firmware update that apparently bricked my device why would I want to spend more money over updates I can't control" and they gave some scripted answer, about how they have a dedicated dev team working tirelessly to fix these issues. Really what they are doing is apparently causing the issues! My watch worked it's best last summer. Everything was great, heart rate accuracy was solid as was auto detect exercise. I wish I could have reverted back to whatever firmware version that was. Starting in the spring everything went down the crapper with the world, and with my watch. I'm currently looking at Garmins
