Sony Xperia XA1 - Fitbit app can't find device

Hey everyone,

I've given my mom a fitbit versa for her birthday. I helped her set it up with her phone and it paired succesfully. Everything seemed to work great. Untill, on the second day the fitbit app on her phone couldn't find her versa.

I tried everything. Turned off Bluetooth on and off, turned of the tracker multiple times, turned off the phone multiple times. Nothing helped. The app still said "searching tracker" and eventually "tracker not found".

So I assumed maybe something went wrong when setting it up initially. I unpair the tracker and the phone and do the setup process all over again. And again, everything works fine for a day and then the day after that it's the same thing again.

I have had to redo the setup 3 times in the 5 days she's had the fitbit versa.

I don't know if the problem is with her phone, the fitbit tracker, the fitbit app or something else.

Can somebody help me? Because I don't know what to do anymore.
