Sp02 clock not working since UK clocks went forward-Versa 2

Hello

 

The Sp02 stopped reading since the U.K. clocks went forward +1 hour for British Summer Time on 27 March.  Has anyone else in the U.K. noticed this?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for the information provided.

 

Your SpO2 readings shouldn't be affected by the hour change. However, if this is the case, you can restart your Watch by following these steps and check if there is any pending SpO2 app update:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Apps
  3. If an app has a pending update, you'll see an Update button next to its name. Tap it to update the app.

 

In addition, you can visit this article, open the menu "Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?" and follow the instructions.

 

If the time on your Versa 2 is wrong, you can find instructions to change it in this article.
