A friend mentioned that her Versa 2 was showing that her HR was spiking every night just after she falls asleep. I checked my Versa 2 to see if it was happening, and I've checked my device, and it shows that nearly every night around 12:44 my HR spikes up to well over 150-160 BPM then goes right back down. I am not waking up, not sweating, not running in my sleep, but every night the same spike is happening. What is causing this? Is it a glitch? I asked my daughter who also has a Versa 2 and she said hers is also spiking not long after she falls asleep.
