Spo2 feature is not working on my Versa 2

Spo2 hasn't been tracking on my versa2 for about two weeks. It was working fine before that. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it's still not overnight spo2. The o2 variation still works so I believe that the sensor is ok. I also tried changing the clock face in the ap instead of the watch but no difference.

I'd like you to restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the SpO2 feature works on your Fitbit device.

 

Finally, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
