Spotify and pandora

So after buying both my husband and I each a fitbit versa 2 watch, we cannot link our pandora account to the watch and we can link our spotify to our watches but our watches randomly disconnect from bluetooth AND wifi. We have gone through the guidelines on how to troubleshoot the problem but it has gotten us nowhere.

As for Pandora, you have to download playlists to store on the Versa 2, rather than just linking to it.

See How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch? 

That is different from the Spotify app, which just controls Spotify on your phone from the tracker,  but does not actually store any music on the Versa 2, so you need your phone nearby to use it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
