Spotify app not working on Versa 2

On my Fitbit Versa 2 when I connect to Spotify it will work for the first few times and then just stop. I have connected my Fitbit with my phone threw Bluetooth and the Spotify app says it is not connected to Bluetooth which I know is false because I can use regular music controls.

@muddyboy Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

I appreciate the details mentioned. It's pretty weird that you're seeing that you need to turn on Bluetooth but your watch is syncing and you're able to use music control. 

 

In this case, I would like you to restart your Versa 2 and remove it from your Bluetooth settings. Once you've done this, please set up Spotify again
