Hi I have just brought my Fitbit Versa Lite today. I am so exited to use it for my fitness etc. I tried to download Spotify on it and it isn’t working. Both the Fitbit and the app on my phone both say they’re up to date and don’t need updating etc.

Hi @MeganLousie96, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since it won't allow to install Spotify. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please make sure that you are following the steps listed in this help article when trying to install or download Spotify.
