I cannot get my versa 2 to connect with Spotify no matter what I do

I just got a new Versa 2 (because my other one just went haywire out of no where). I can't connect my Spotify either. I am logged in on the app, but when I click on the app on my actual watch it tells me to turn my Bluetooth on my phone. I have also gone into settings on the watch several times and changed the Restore Music settings to PAIR and it always reverts back. it is basically useless.

I have had exactly the same problem. I am logged onto my Spotify account on the Fitbit App but the Versa2 says i need bluetooth and to sync. Very frustrating - its the reason I bought this Fitbit

I am currently having the same issue with Spotify. It also won't pair with my wireless earbuds. I don't see a solution on here and that's frustrating to not get answers from Fitbit.

Hi Anna. I did eventually get it sorted by going onto the chat function on the fitbit help page. It took a few goes but got there in the end. First hurdle was I had to wait a few days until my Fitbit software was updated. If you have that done already then I suggest you go onto the chat function and don't log off it till you are fully sorted using the Spotify ap on your Fitbit and can hear it through your ear buds.
