I just purchased my Versa this week, and so far am happy with its performance. The one thing I am having an issue with, is that I have input my Starbucks card number into the app on my phone, but my watch is not recognizing it. When I go to the app on my watch, it still shows the screen that says no Starbucks card, and to go to the fitbit mobile app to load one. I have successfully loaded my banking wallet cards with no issues, but for Starbucks, its just not working. Please help!

I am in Pennsylvania in the US, so that can't be it.

I will agree. It doesn't seem to work. I did notice that if you look at the App Description when setting up the Starbucks Card it says "...to your Ionic device to pay..." and I am thinking that the Versa does not support Starbucks app.

It does work on the Versa. I used it this week. You might try deleting and reinstalling the app?

How do you get to the screen where you add your starbucks # to the Versa? I dl'd the app, but I'm still trying to figure that out.

You add your Starbucks card number within the Fitbit app on your phone. Select your device in the app, click on Apps, select Starbucks then Settings.

OK guys, after about an hour and a half on chat support last night and no resolution, my boyfriend who is really tech savvy figured my problem out. Apparently my fitbit wasn't connecting to my wifi. My boyfriend factory reset it to allow the update to reinstall itself, the update wasn't completing so he reset it yet again and that time it was successful and able to connect to the wifi. As soon as my fitbit was connecting locally through the wifi my card finally loaded onto my fitbit from the app.

Hi,
I use Windows 10 Mobile app. I added my Starbucks card number in my Mobile App, it is saved there, and everything is synced, but when I run Starbucks app on my Versa it says "No Starbucks Card".
What am I missing?

Hello there everyone and thank you for your input @Pandapixie10 on how your boyfriend was able to fix this issue.
@maxal1917 I have merged your post with this thread too, since the issue you are experiencing is similar to the one reported here.
The Starbucks app is only available in the United Kingdom, United States and Canada. So any other location it may not work as it was mentioned by @cazspence
To load your Starbucks card into the app make sure to follow this steps:
If the card is not showing in the Fitbit Versa is because the sync with Wifi or bluetooth was not successful. I the issue continue removed the Starbucks card and reset your watch: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Once is restarted try to add your card once again and make sure your WiFi network is the same you registered in your app settings if that would be the case.
See you all later and thanks again for sharing your suggestions.

I tried everything I could (reconnecting device, unpairing it and pairing back, restarting device, restarting phone etc.)
The only thing that actually fixed it is uninstalling Fitbit app (not Starbucks app, but whole Fitbit app) from the phone and then installing it again.

Can I use the Starbucks app in Canada?

I did all of these steps including restarting my fitbit, removing the starbucks app, adding it again, syncing everything and it still will not accept my card number (I'm in the US).

I had the same problem, looked here and saw that someone uninstalled the Fitbit app from their phone then reinstalled it and re-entered the Starbucks card. For whatever reason, it worked for me too.
