Starbucks - No card loaded

I just purchased my Versa this week, and so far am happy with its performance. The one thing I am having an issue with, is that I have input my Starbucks card number into the app on my phone, but my watch is not recognizing it. When I go to the app on my watch, it still shows the screen that says no Starbucks card, and to go to the fitbit mobile app to load one. I have successfully loaded my banking wallet cards with no issues, but for Starbucks, its just not working. Please help!

So the reason it isn't working is because you need to set a pin for your watch and then the app will work. I just had to set a pin for my watch since I was adding my bank card and now my Starbucks card is working. Hope this helps.

I've had a pin on mine since I originally set it up and it still doesn't
work. Reset my app, phone, watch...everything, and app still doesn't work.

Tried everything here without any luck. Weirdly what ended up working for me was deleting and then re-entering my wifi info in the Fitbit app on my phone.

I can confirm that the card # sync was not working over several syncs for me as well.

 

WITHOUT needing to install or reinstall anything, eventually when I hooked into my office WiFi the sync worked to bring the Starbucks card # over.

 

So my solution is for you to come to my office and hook into our WiFi!  🙂

Just kidding.

 

It's certainly something to do with sync / network.

Don’t forget to remove all spaces from the dang number! Not like this xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx!  Like this xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx! D’oh!

I just now had this issue and it is definitely a Sync issue. I tried adding the card 3-4 times and it wouldn't show. Then I added the card (entering card number with no spaces) and pressed Save. Backed out of the Starbucks app and then went immediately to Sync Now in the FitBit section and it showed up on the watch. It worked without WiFi being connected on my watch. Must have sent it to my watch via Bluetooth connection?

Cool! Yes.. No spaces in the number might fix a few of these, maybe not
all, but some! ( my wife figured it out) (she’s a little smarter than I am)

I’m also having the same problem. I was just working on fixing it tonight. I realized that my Starbucks card had no money on it and it was a different card. I tried the new card number and still no luck.
