Hello. Just got the Versa 2. Nice looking watch. I miss the 2 right buttons for quick app access. I have the Versa 1 also and when I use Starbucks on the V2 the screen will not go full bright and won’t stay on when reaching to the scanner. Goes off as if I put my hand down in watch mode. The V1 went full bright and would stay on all day and drain my battery if I wasn’t aware of it. It’s a P.I.T.A to turn on the app and have to keep pushing the button to keep the screen on. Guessing it’s just something @Fitbit has overlooked. Please fix it.

I appreciate the time you took to let us know that you just received the Versa 2 and you have the Versa too. Your feedback regarding the Starbucks app is appreciated, we're always striving to improve our services offered.
In this case, you may want to change the screen wake setting to auto. The auto motion will turn the screen each time you turn your wrist. If you would like that this could be an option in the future, you may want to post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those ideas are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.
