Start tips

I just bought my versa and configured it. On screen displays “tips” anda a “begin” option, but it’s imposible to select it on the touch screen or the phone app. 

Because of this, i can’t use my clock.

any idea or solution?

Hi @FloDaire - So, does your screen seem to be frozen? If so, try a restart. See the link below:

On that screen where you see "Tips", scroll on down to Settings and turn them OFF and then do a quick push of the left button. Here is a link to the User Manual.  I highly recommend you read it completely.
