I started getting let’s get active notifications every 10 minutes today. I want to stop these as I already have the hourly reminder to move set. How do I stop these let’s get active notifications on my watch?

Let me help you with your active notifications. Try restarting your Versa by following these instructions. Also make sure you don't have any notifications from a third party app that may be triggering this. If the issue persist could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your device?
