Stats shown on the Fitbit app but nothing on the clock face

Today my Versa suddenly started showing 0,0,0, on the info page on the watch, photo attached. When I check on my apps the info is there but nothing on the watch. I have tried rebooting the Versa but nothing happens.  What else can I tryIMG_9667.jpg

@MichellePease it's the clockface fault. It's 3rd party and it's not compatible. It needs an update .please change the clockface. That will resolve the issue .

Hey @MichellePease, welcome aboard! I appreciate you have shared this picture with us. As @Marrrmaduke said, this might be an issue with the third party clock face that you set. Give it a try by choosing a Fitbit clock-face and let me know if the issue persists.
