Stats were deleted from my account

This morning I tracked my walk I walked 3.2 miles and over 8000 steps went home took off to charge and now it says I only have 4,889 steps and 2 miles?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared with me. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which phone are you using to sync your Versa Lite? This issue affected steps and distance only or other stats were also affected? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit, add the information that was unfortunately not counted following the steps from our help article: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities? and troubleshoot the app with the following:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the operating system version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
