Hello

My versa 3 keeps ringing at 5.am 

A message is on the display:

Stay Alive.

All alarms are disactivated.

Night mode is active at night.

But still ringing.

Can you please help?

For the "Look Alive/Stay alive " message, please note it is part of your alarms and it seems like you have the Smart Wake feature enabled. Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. For more information, see How do I set an alarm on my Fitbit device?
