Dear Fitbit-
I've noted several instances where HR measurements have jumped up or down rapidly (delta of >30 bpm) with no change in exercise intensity. When not experiencing these jumps, my HR tends to ramp up nearly linearly over the duration of the run. These jumps seem to eventually correct to this typical trend line.
I've attached three screenshots as examples:
1. Step *down* (~10 bpm) then *up* (~ 20 bpm) at about 25% into run:
2. Step *down* (~25 bpm) at about 80% of run duration, followed by apparent correction *up* at end:
3. Initial overestimate of HR, followed by step *down* (beginning of run):

Dear Fitbit-
I just noted that my Versa is reporting heart rate zone durations inconsistent with the corresponding HR plots. Software version: Versa 33.1.30 (synced 10:40 PST 12/19/2019).
I've attached two screenshots from a recent run. The first shows my HR zones (automatically computed; please ignore the custom zone):
Fat Burn: 85-119 bpm
Cardio: 119-145 bps
Peak: 145-max
The second shows both the HR zone durations and HR plots for a single run.
Time in HR Zones:
Peak: 16 min => plot barely breaks 145 for entire run. Certainly not > half of the run
Cardio: 12 min => plot indicates this should be most of the run (approx. 26 mins)
Fat Burn: 1 min => this looks OK
